Mr B and his wife were on holiday celebrating Mrs B’s 50th birthday when they both fell ill. They said that the holiday was an absolute disaster as a result of their food poisoning symptoms (nausea, stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhoea). These symptoms unfortunately peaked on Mrs B’s birthday, effectively ruining it for both of them. Mr B suffered most severely, fainting on more than one occasion. His symptoms persisted, leading him to see a doctor upon arrival home and giving a stool sample, his results are still pending.
