“The food was under cooked, and there were many flies around the dining area.”

[ezcol_1third]3a3259a1-bd0c-4953-b2a9-36e87e02dec4[/ezcol_1third] [ezcol_1third]Just 2 days into his holiday Mr C ended up bed-ridden with severe stomach cramps and diarrhoea. When eating the meals leading up to the illness he noticed that the meat was pink and the fish was undercooked. There were also many flies around the dining area. [/ezcol_1third] [ezcol_1third_end]Mr C travelled to Egypt with his wife, although she wasn’t ill her holiday was also ruined as she was either looking after her husband or having to go out by herself. On Mr C’s day of departure he was so ill he was unsure if he could even get on the plane. It was a very stressful and discomforting journey home. [/ezcol_1third_end]

Mr B and his wife were on holiday celebrating Mrs B’s 50th birthday when they both fell ill. They said that the holiday was an absolute disaster as a result of their food poisoning symptoms (nausea, stomach cramps, vomiting, and diarrhoea). These symptoms unfortunately peaked on Mrs B’s birthday, effectively ruining it for both of them. Mr B suffered most severely, fainting on more than one occasion. His symptoms persisted, leading him to see a doctor upon arrival home and giving a stool sample, his results are still pending.
