“He was prescribed with tablets and re-hydration sachets from the hotel pharmacy.”
[ezcol_1third][/ezcol_1third] [ezcol_1third]Mr V fell ill on the second week of his holiday. He was prescribed with tablets and re-hydration sachets from the hotel pharmacy to try and ease his severe stomach cramps, diarrhoea and vomiting. Unfortunately the medication didn’t work and he was still suffering weeks after he returned to the UK. After talking to other holiday makers Mr V and his wife discovered that they were not the only ill people in resort. Mr V noticed the hygiene was not of a high standard in the hotel. He witnessed a staff member drop cakes on the floor then put them back on the platter to be served.[/ezcol_1third] [ezcol_1third_end]Mr V discovered pink chicken on two occasions, the plastic cups were re-used and just rinsed under the mains water and his room was not cleaned to standard. Overall his holiday was not an enjoyable experience and when he returned to the UK his GP took a blood sample and diagnosed him with a Gastric illness due to his trip to the Dreams Vacation Resort.[/ezcol_1third_end]
